Meaford Home – Complete Rebuild
This 1947 bungalow with a water view had a lot of character but was neglected for many years. Our project included a complete renovation inside and out. Not just a cosmetic overhaul, but a complete structural upgrade. We went back to the studs of this charming home and literally started again.

Thornbury Home – Interior Update
The Thornbury home was built in 1942 with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen. It was used as a Waterfront rental property but was outdated and needed a lot of TLC. The goal was to create an open concept and make the home more user friendly.

Thornbury Patio & Lakefront
This home previously had a natural stone landscape done in 2017 along the waters edge with a gazebo and fire pit. In 2019, Georgain Bay water levels were at an all time high. This resulted in the waves washing away all of the beautiful landscape.

Yorkville – Car Porch and Patio
The home in Yorkville, had a great location being in the centre of Toronto. Shops, and restaurants were within walking distance. The parking though in this area is very limited and the old car port had seen better days and was ready to fall down.
