Blair Richards
I started my career in the Toronto and surrounding area over 20 years ago, working on large multimillion dollar construction projects as a sub contracted for companies such as Ellis Don and Melloul Blamey. I have spent long hours doing site excavation, geometry thermal, retain walls, concrete slabs and general contracting.
In 2016 I moved from the city to the Collingwood area where my family and I live. I switched my focus from commercial projects to residential. I gained experience and knowledge of the local area while working for the top landscaping company in Ontario as a construction manager. For 5 years I honed my skills on large landscaping projects for high end clients with million dollar budgets.
Recently I have renovated multiple homes top to bottom including, kitchens, bathrooms, dry walling, flooring, painting, interlocking driveways, fences, natural stone patio and decks. I love working with my hands and seeing a project change before me. I have a keen eye for design and interior finishings. I am a perfectionist and it shows in the detail of work I do.
